Fandotech clients can view, update and submit service tickets any time by logging in to the customer portal.

*If you do not have a portal account, please contact customer service at 800-523-7161 to have one created for you.

When submitting a ticket, please provide as much information as possible. Some suggestions:

• Send a detailed message with the issue and the name of the user
• Provide detail of what the user was doing at the time
• Include a screen shot of any error messages you receive
