Fandotech is building a national sales force and is looking for self-motivated, energetic Territory Sales Associates to be responsible for multi-year service contracts in and around the Springfield (western Massachusetts) area; Hartford and New Haven Counties in Connecticut. Candidates should have successful experience in prospecting, developing client relationships, and be able to negotiate and setup client qualification meetings. This position reports to the office in Manchester, CT and requires the use of your personal vehicle for regional travel.
Inside Sales Associate

Help Desk Associate
Fandotech is seeking a motivated and organized Help Desk Associate with strong customer service and communication skills. Candidate must be trustworthy, reliable, and show initiative and be able to work independently. The ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in English through phone, email, and face-to-face conversations is essential. Familiarity with Macs and Windows is important. This includes knowledge of common Internet, Web and Networking application programs, as well as common desktop applications like those in Microsoft Office. Ability to analyze and solve problems is required. Experience in troubleshooting, hardware, network and dialup problems is desirable. This position reports to the office in Manchester, CT.
Network Field Engineer
Fandotech is seeking a motivated and organized Network Field Engineer with strong customer service and communication skills. Travel with own vehicle is required, primarily throughout eastern Connecticut, but may include other nearby areas as well. Candidate must be well versed in troubleshooting and have the ability to solve problems independently. Minimum 3-5 years experience with break/fix, setup, and configuration of servers, PCs, routers, and LANs required. Microsoft Certified Professional certification preferred. Candidate must be able to lift/maneuver up to 50 pounds. This position reports to the office in Manchester, CT.
