How to Set Up Your Email Program

Fandotech configures its client email services to securely and quickly send and receive your email. If you have received a message that you must change your configuration, please follow the instructions below to configure your email application.

Determining your Email Program and Version

  1. Open your email application.
  2. To determine which version you are using, click About on the Help menu.

Choose your software and version from the list below:


If your software is not listed, we may not support it. We recommend any of the packages on this list, all are free with the exception of the full versions of Microsoft Outlook. If you own the software listed, but a different version, try the instructions that are closest in version to yours.

Submit Service Ticket

Fandotech clients can view, update and submit service tickets any time by logging in the customer portal.

*If you do not have a portal account, please contact customer service at 800-523-7161 to have one created for you.

When submitting a ticket, please provide as much information as possible. Some suggestions:

  • Send a detailed message with the issue and the name of the user
  • Provide detail of what the user was doing at the time
  • Include a screen shot of any error messages you receive
