What happens when Microsoft introduces new products? Clients enrolling in 360IT can choose the operating system to be installed on their unit(s). When Microsoft has a new release, the user will have the option to upgrade the unit(s) under contract. (Only one operating system choice per environment.)
Is 360IT leasing? Our service to the unit goes well beyond traditional leasing programs. Let Fandotech take care of all the asset tracking and eliminate the hassle of a multiple staggered agreements with traditional leasing models. With 360IT hardware replacement is the key component of the service. Should a unit fail, a new one is brought to you staged with your standard image within a few hours. There is no need for you to engage with the manufacturer, or reinstall your applications in the event a full replacement is required. 360IT includes a Service Level Agreement outlining turnaround time for replacement units. An advance replacement will be shipped to your office and configured for use on your network. With 360IT, the difference is clear.
Upgrades are covered too! Unlike a traditional leasing agreement, which would require you to bear the cost for each unit you upgrade, with 360IT time and materials for the upgrade are covered under contract.
End of Term…Now What? At the end of the initial agreement is where the next critical step takes place. In a 360IT arrangement the refresh is a critical component of the service. As many businesses have experienced, migrating systems can be one of the great technology headaches of all time. At the point of migration the images for the new units are created and tested prior to installation.
