What happens when Microsoft introduces new products? Clients enrolling in SustainIT 360 can choose the operating system to be installed on their device(s). When Microsoft has a new release, the user will have the option to upgrade the device(s) under contract. (Only one operating system choice per environment.)
Is SustainIT 360 just leasing? Our service to the device goes well beyond traditional leasing programs. Let us take care of all the asset tracking and eliminate the hassle of a multiple staggered agreements with traditional leasing models. With SustainIT 360 hardware replacement is the key component of the service. There is no need for you to engage with the manufacturer, or reinstall your applications in the event a full replacement is required. SustainIT 360 includes a Service Level Agreement outlining turnaround time for replacement devices. An advance replacement will be shipped to your office and configured for use on your network.
Upgrades are covered too! Unlike a traditional leasing agreement, which would require you to bear the cost for each device you upgrade. The SustainIT 360 service covers time and materials for the upgrade.
End of Term…Now What? At the end of the initial agreement is where the next critical step takes place. In a SustainIT 360 arrangement the refresh is a critical component of the service. As many businesses have experienced, migrating systems can be one of the great technology headaches of all time. At the point of migration our team images and fully tests the new devices prior to installation.
