Recovery Time Objective (RTO)
The established target time a company needs to be back up and running after the declaration of an ‘event’. Common options include 24-48 hours, 4-8 hours, 1 hour, and real-time.
Block Level Backup is a backup that looks at each individual data block as opposed to the entire stored file. Example: You’ve made minor modifications to a file or application that has already been backed up. The next storage update will save only the changes made rather than the entire file, conserving space while preserving the integrity of the data. This allows for an easier restore of files, databases, and even whole servers. Using block level backup you can retain more data, more efficiently.
Recovery Point Objective (RPO)
The point at which you wish to restore to in the event of a failure or disaster situation. Do you want to recover to the last transaction or will yesterday’s data suffice? We’ll walk you through the options, consequences and benefits to determine the RPO that’s right for your unique business situation.

Is 90IT just labor? No, 90IT combines labor services with our robust tool set which automates services including, but not limited to, patch management, asset tracking, and failed services restart on critical systems improving uptime.

But I just want a block retainer? Think of 90IT as an advanced block solution. While a traditional block may offer discounted rates, there is no Service Level Agreement (SLA). 90IT combines the traditional retainer arrangement with Fandotech plus key remote support services, access to our TAC and an SLA for both remote and on-site services. 90IT provides a more available network and a streamlined approach to support far exceeding the limitations of a traditional block agreement.

Can I add additional features in the future? Of course! Above we’ve listed some a la carte items that other 90IT clients have added to their base package.
