
Open Outlook. Click on Tools > E-mail Accounts...

Choose Add a new e-mail account, then click Next.

On the Server Type screen, choose either POP3 or IMAP. If you are unsure, choose POP3. Then click Next. For more information on POP and IMAP protocols, see these links:

On the Internet E-mail Settings screen, fill in your name and email address as requested. Your mail servers should be mail.yourdomain.com, where yourdomain.com is the domain you host with Fandotech. For your Logon Information, your User Name should be your full email address, with @ and all. Your password is as given. For convenience, you may want to check off Remember password. Click on More Settings.

Check off My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. Then click OK. Click Next.
If you have problems with sending mail, use your ISP’s outgoing mail server. Check with them for more details.

The setup is complete. Click Finish.

If you chose IMAP as your mail server type, you may want to right-click on your mail server on the left column, and choose Update Folder List. This will synchronize your folders.
